• In just 45 minutes we will share the way to put a new focus on your self-care goals.

Join us for this presentation on how to create a self-care plan and the value of creating one.

This presentation will:

• Take a brief look at the stressors that we are all facing; the pandemic, economic issues and racial unrest around racial injustices.

• The structure of writing a self-care plan and the areas of our lives to focus on.

• Look at the "knowing-doing gap", "I know I need to do this but I just can't seem to get it done"!

• You will also be able to share these steps with others around you.

Let's make certain that "self-care" does not become a cliche that we are not following through on. Together we can help ourselves and those around us.
