You are invited to a writers roundtable! Are you interested in beginning, continuing and/or completing a book, short story, poetry or even script? Have you been thinking of something you want to share with others, whether online or published?
Come meet other writers, authors, poets, and creatives, to discuss ideas and ongoing projects, break writer's block and enjoy prompt writing exercises.
Space is limited and we keep it to under 12 attendees. Whether you are beginning or have already been publishing, come be a part of something new.
What we going to do:
6pm to 630pm: Guests begin to arrive. Meet in bookstore setting. We help make introductions. Thank you for being present!
645pm to 735pm: Roundtable Perpective. We begin with a roundtable perspective discussion. Learn about other guests perspectives and experiences. They may even similar to yours!
735pm to 8pm: Roundtable Reading. Guests discuss current works, group readings, and helpful suggestions. Share work, Give/Receive feedback.
8pm to 9pm: Writing Prompts! Guests are given statements or questions, to be written about, with time limit. We share with one another! Repeat! Rewarding and fun!
Where: City Center Gallery & Books

What time: 6pm to 9PM (guests begin arriving at 6pm) We begin between 630pm and 7pm. No need to rush. You will arrive at the right time.
Where to park: Street parking is easiest. Parking lot directly across street, too. Street parking is free around 7pm. If you need to pay anything for parking, it will be $1. It's a deal!
What to bring: Anything you are working on, whether outline, idea or full manuscript. Poetry and short stories very welcome too.
Consider bringing a laptop/tablet, paper and/or pen/pencil
(we will have materials for you to use too).
Don't be shy! It's time to do something different. Receive feedback and encouragement. Meet new people. Collaborate!
Cost: Suggested contribution is $5 to $10. For any contribution, you can apply this amount towards any book or item in the bookstore! So, along with all you receive for participating, you can also apply this contribution towards any book or item in the bookstore! That's a deal!
