Minaa B is the author of the book Rivers Are Coming, and a licensed social worker, creative expressive coach, and founder of the digital magazine Respect Your Struggle.  She specializes in treating anxiety and depression and works heavily with artists, entertainers, and writers. Minaa will share creative writing and self-expression strategies for your self-care, deep introspection, mental health, and mental clarity.
