WellHer Collective is a women’s wellness community designed to foster connection, mental wellness, and empowerment through sisterhood. The collective provides in-person and virtual workshops, events, retreats, and community gatherings focused on supporting women through life’s transitions.

This guided journaling circle offers women a safe and supportive space to slow down, tune inward, and explore their thoughts and emotions through writing.Together we’ll share tea, grounding exercises, reflective prompts, and meaningful conversation with other women in community.No writing experience required — just come as you are!
