Please come join us at the The Alliance Center for our annual Write For Rights event.
Amnesty International's flagship annual letter-writing campaign, Write For Rights, is going strong, but we still need your help. Each year, Write for Rights sees millions around the world send messages of solidarity to people facing human rights violations or write letters putting pressure on those in power to stop abuses being committed. During Write for Rights, which will run throughout December, people across the US and around the world will be writing letters. This year all the cases chosen were women.
So, please join us, as we put on this event. To write letters to free these women, who have been wrongly imprisoned and punished.
We will provide all the needed writing materials. All that is needed from you is your presence and passion to make a difference!
