What is this session about?

This is an introduction to the WRECK experience. We’ll walk you through the program details, goals, and how to join.

Do I have to stay the full time?

Yes, please. We ask that you plan to be on time and to stay for the full 90 minutes. We'll cover important information and have time for questions.

Is this the actual WRECK program?

No. This is an informational session only. Program enrollment will begin after the info sessions.

What should I bring?

Just yourself. Maybe a friend! But definitely an open mind, and maybe something to jot down notes.

Will I be required to share personal information?

No. This is not a therapy session. You can engage as much or as little as you’re comfortable with.

Is there a cost?

The information session ticket is $10, which will be applied toward your first WRECK program session if you enroll.

Who can attend?

Women 18+ interested in personal growth, connection, and restoration.

Will refreshments be provided?

Light refreshments will be available at in-person sessions.
