Celebrate the closing of the Summer Exhibition Series with an art-making workshop  & exhibition walkthrough led by artist Magda Love.

Join us in saying goodbye to our Summer Exhibition Series on Friday, September 26th, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM. Enjoy free entry to the gallery as we celebrate the closing of our three immersive exhibitions Let There be Light by Magda Love, Hidden Worlds by Dr. Sara C. Schesser Bartra and Echoes of Memory and Nature by Angela Bolaños. Starting at 6:00, the first 20 guests will have the opportunity to participate in a hands-on papier-mâché workshop, with all materials provided, instructed by artist Magda Love. Don't worry, if you aren't able to participate in the artmaking workshop there is still plenty to do, including a drop-in art activity available throughout the evening.Following the workshop, enjoy a guided tour of Magda Love’s exhibition, Let There Be Light. In Let It Be Light, internationally acclaimed artist Magda Love fills the gallery with radiant energy, recycled materials, and luminous murals that speak to healing, ancestry, and the cycles of life. This immersive exhibition explores the joyful (and sometimes messy) dualities of light and shadow, using color and texture to tell stories that are personal and universal.Kids and grown-ups alike will be drawn into Magda’s world, where folk traditions, street art, and emotional resilience come together in a glowing celebration of community.All are welcome.
