Wrap Up Party and Group Walk - Nature Center at Hemlock Crossing Park

This group walk is an opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and get your steps in!

Walk start promptly at 10 AM, followed by snacks at the Nature Education Center. Celebrate with us as we wrap up the 2019 Step It Up! Fitness Challenge.

Strength training from 9:30 Am to 9:45AM. Learn easy exercises to incorporate into your walking routine. Taught by a local professional.

Beginners are welcome and encouraged!

Children with at least one supervising adult are welcome at this event.
