Lisa Desautels is the Founder and CEO of GISI, with over 28 years of experience in the document imaging industry. She is a Certified Information Professional (CIP) and an AIIM-certified Enterprise Content Management and Capture Practitioner, with more than 20 years of expertise in large-format imaging, CAD, and GIS systems. Lisa has led and managed scanning and imaging projects for organizations ranging from small businesses to large corporations and government agencies, including high-security projects requiring FBI background clearance. She is an active member of AIIM Nevada—serving as Board President for four years—and has been a member of the Nevada State GIS Society for over a decade.

Patricia Cabrera is the Chief Deputy City Clerk for the City of Las Vegas, overseeing strategic and operational functions including enterprise records management, compliance, meeting services, and support for city boards and commissions. With more than 20 years of experience in information governance, IT project management, and municipal operations, she brings a systems-level approach to managing public records and legislative processes. Previously serving as Enterprise Records Officer, Patricia led the city’s first enterprise-wide records management and public records request systems, reducing physical records by 60% and improving transparency by 40%. She holds an Executive MBA and is a Certified Information Professional (CIP) and Project Management Professional (PMP), and is a respected mentor and speaker in public-sector information governance.
