We are pleased to invite you to the Whole Person Care (WPC) Data Sharing Convening, May 22 in Oakland, where WPC pilots will work through the legal, technological, and cultural barriers to sharing information across sectors.

The convening will bring together WPC leads, data leads, county counsel, and other team members to share solutions that facilitate the exchange of data for WPC and for better care integration overall. Faculty from the law firm of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and the IT consulting firm, Intrepid Ascent will present tools to improve data sharing and will be on-hand throughout the day to provide legal and technical expertise. The convening will be co-hosted by the state associations - the California Association of Public Health Systems/Safety Net Institute (CAPH/SNI), the County Health Executives Association of California (CHEAC), the California State Association of Counties (CSAC), and the County Behavioral Health Directors Association of California (CBHDA) — and generously sponsored by the California Health Care Foundation (CHCF). Note that this event is optional and is not part of the state-led WPC learning collaborative.
