Are you Worried that you Worry too much and Anxious that you can't stop it? Then come along to this free presentation and learn the 3 Simple Steps to Stop Stress and Reengage with Life.
This presentation is ideal for anyone who is struggling with overly intrusive "What if...?" mental chatter; Whose anxiety is negatively affecting their energy, health, relationships or work; Or simply anyone who feels under constant pressure and wants some relief and to feel free again.
On the night we'll look at what stress and anxiety actually are; How you identify it in yourself and different ways you can attend to it to be able to relax again, recharge your batteries and reengage with life, work, family and you. I'll show you the Three Simple Steps of understand, identify and attend to and you'll notice a difference by the end of the evening.
The presentation will be informative, thought provoking, useful and fun. I've got a really easy going style and it is important to me that you are welcome, can relax and get plenty out of the evening.
