KTBB's Open House

About this event

Join us and our sponsors for our first annual open house and expo at our Education Center in Reed Park!

There will be free kayak training, a hillsborough river cleanup, giveways, and light refreshments and snacks. As well as vendor tables from local sustainable businesses and our education sponsors: Citi, Tampa Bay Water, Boat Setters, and Surfing's Evolution.

All supplies for the cleanup portion of the event will be provided!

Suggested Items to Bring:

  • Sunscreen
  • Sun Hat
  • Water Shoes
  • Reusable Water Bottle - water in cans provided on site.

Frequently asked questions

Are children allowed to participate in our water cleanups?

Children 15 years or older with adult supervision are allowed to participate in the kayak cleanup. Cleanups facilitated on Keep Tampa Bay Beautiful's boat are 18 yrs or older only!
