Welcome to the International Day of Happiness Family Night!
Join us for an evening of celebration, laughter, and joy! Bring your loved ones and immerse yourself in a delightful atmosphere filled with kindness.

Our event will include a variety of fun activities, including a family yoga flow and creating kindness jars for the family. We will practice saying and doing kind things for each other and create jars to continue spreading the kindness long after the day is through.
