Workshop: Yoga

Contemporary Arts Museum Houston (CAMH) is a non-collecting institution dedicated to presenting the best and most exciting international, national, and regional art. Through dynamic exhibitions accompanied by scholarly publications and accessible educational programs, the Museum reaches out to local, regional, national, and international audiences of various ages. CAMH is a nonprofit organization that relies on a variety of funding sources, including individual, government, and corporate, for its activities.

Contemporary Arts Museum Houston

Join us for a 60-minute breath-based yoga flow class. With simple poses and sequences, the focus is heavily on the breath. Please bring your own mat, towel, and water. Some mats will be provided. All levels are welcome — even if this is your first class! Participants will be asked to sign a waiver before the class begins.
