Actors, artists, and anyone who want to better connect with their body, voice, and imaginations.

How physically demanding is this workshop?

The workshop asks individuals to challenge themselves physically, however there is no standard level of physical engagement. Our techniques are applicable for all body types and levels of locomotion. We are wheelchair friendly.
