🌿 Feeling a little... out of practice with people?

Whether you’ve been dodging plans, stuck in group chats that never meet up, or just craving more real connection — The Lost Art of Connection is for you.

This isn’t therapy. And it’s not another awkward networking event.

It’s a guided space to practice the underrated life skill of connection - with others and yourself.

Led by the warm and slightly weird humans of the Physis Collective, this 3-hour workshop blends self-reflection, social skill-building, and human-to-human interaction in a way that’s gentle, energizing, and real.

🧭 In this workshop, you’ll...

  • Learn simple tools to build and deepen meaningful relationships
  • Uncover the hidden blockers that hold you back from connection
  • Walk away with a clear, actionable plan to nurture the relationships that matter most
  • Gain a renewed sense of confidence and ease in how you relate to others

All while connecting with other like-hearted humans, laughing a little too much, and maybe even finding a new friend or two.

🧃Perfect for you if you...

  • Miss people, but also dodge plans
  • Feel socially rusty and want to warm up
  • Want deeper friendships, better conversations, and less of the surface-level stuff
  • Crave community, but in a real, non-cringe way
