Workshop – The Art of Pressed Flowers with Pam Hricik

Participants age 12+ are invite to join pressed flower artist Pam Hricik from Always Abloom Pressed Flower Art for a wonderful flower workshop experience! Learn how Pam presses flowers using a traditional wood press, which flowers are best for pressing, and some tricks to keep the flowers from turning brown during the process. Then, dive into Pam’s personal collection of beautiful, pressed flowers to design and create your own 5x7 card, bookmark, and flower journal to take home. The class includes all materials including pressed flowers, brushes and glue, blank cards, bookmarks, and journals. Light refreshments also included. This is a perfect evening activity for friends, neighbors, family members, or a nice way to treat yourself. All you need to bring is your love of flowers and creative spirit!
