This is a class designed to help you find a better way to capture those sweet everyday moments with your families. It is ideal for moms. adventurers, or just anyone that wants to remember the good stuff in life. Grab that "big girl" camera you've been using in Auto (or letting collect dust ;) ) and learn how to put it to good use. In our afternoon together, you will learn all the basics of exposure, lighting, and various camera functions.
* 1.5 hours of discussion + 1 hour of shooting time

FAQs
What does it cost?
$100. Yep, that's includes everything from the instruction to the treats!
What do I need to bring to the class?
Your DSLR camera + a pen and paper. 
What time should I arrive?
The class will begin promptly at 4:30pm so its best to arrive early. Parking is free in Old Torrance and fairly easy! :)
And what exactly will we be doing?
We are going to hang out at the gorgeous Bloom Maven floral studio in Old Torrance and talk about all things photography. Then we will practice our new skills at the venue for a bit, before heading on a "photo safari" to shoot some more during the final half hour.
What if I have absolutely no idea how to use my camera?
You're not alone! Most of my students have never used their DSLR, or used it outside of Auto Mode. I make sure to give one-on-one attention to help you through every step of the way, even if your question is as basic as "how do I turn this on!?" If you are super unfamiliar with your camera's many knobs and dials, it may help to bring your manual or just play with it a bit beforehand.
