This event is limited to 20 participants - please bring a journal and writing utensil!</p><p>-﻿----</p><h2>A﻿bout the Workshop</h2><p>Managing change with grace is one of the hardest things to do – and needed now more than ever. This workshop focuses on identifying some of the obvious and less obvious changes we face and providing helpful tools to manage them. These tools include healthy self-care, seeking counseling, habit management, meditation (and other stress relieving modalities), work/ life balance tips, creative outlets (including writing), and other resources. </p><p>-﻿----</p><h2>A﻿bout Donna Ferris</h2><p>Mini Change Yoga is a small yoga and transformation coaching business founded by Donna Yates Ferris. Donna has an Bachelor in Fine Arts and an MBA in finance and has successfully navigated a corporate career for the last three decades while raising two kids, writing for multiple publications, publishing a memoir, and leading a thriving yoga and coaching business. During her years in corporate life she has participated in multiple mentoring programs that focused on shaping younger professionals into executives. She has both a 250 Yoga Teacher and 3 year Yoga Therapy Certification (which included life, grief, and addiction coaching training) and is currently finishing her Inner MBA certification from SoundsTrue.</p>
