Workshop: Defensible Training Evaluation – Using Data You Already Have

Workshop: Defensible Training Evaluation – Using Data You Already Have

Online event
Thursday, Apr 30 from 12 pm to 3 pm MST
Overview

Hands-on, small-group workshop where you execute the evaluation workflow — and leave with a process you can repeat for other programs.

This hands-on workshop is designed to help you execute a complete evaluation workflow — not just understand it.

Guided Workshops are small, interactive sessions where you’ll practice the process step-by-step using Evaluation Trakker (ET) templates and a repeatable workflow you can apply to other programs.

This workshop builds on the Live Webinar, but goes further: instead of watching an evaluation unfold, you’ll work through the workflow with guided support so you can confidently repeat it in your own organization or client work.

What you’ll do in this workshop

You’ll work through a complete evaluation workflow, including:

  • Translating learning objectives into measurable outcomes
  • Selecting the right evaluation design for real-world constraints
  • Using ET templates to structure and run the analysis
  • Interpreting results correctly (and avoiding common mistakes)
  • Turning findings into conclusions you can explain and defend

What’s included

  • Live Zoom session (small-group format)
  • ET templates used in the workshop
  • Guided walkthrough + structured exercises
  • Q&A and troubleshooting throughout
  • Workshop recording (for attendees)

Recommended prerequisite

Workshops are designed to follow the Live Webinar.
If you haven’t attended the webinar yet, you can still join — but you may get more value by starting with the webinar first.

About the Instructor

This session is led by Adrian Gianni, creator of Evaluation Trakker (ET), a college professor and practitioner with a deep background in statistics, research methods, and I/O psychology.

ET was built to help evaluation-curious professionals move from understanding evaluation frameworks to actually executing them—credibly, efficiently, and under real-world constraints.

The goal is simple: help you feel prepared, not exposed, when it’s time to talk about training impact.
