WorkPrint Method 1.0

WorkPrint Method 1.0

Overview

Your job description defines your role. Your Workprint defines your impact. Your impact separates you from everyone else.

If you're job search feels stuck, the problem may not be your work experience - it may be how you're describing it. This two-hour workshop will help you look beyond your job title and build stronger language for explaining what you can do across roles and industries.

Who Should Attend?

The WorkPrint Method is designed for professionals at any career stage who want to better understand and communicate the value of their work.

Whether you're exploring new career opportunities, considering a change in direction, preparing for advancement, or simply looking to understand your professional strengths, this workshop provides a structured way to examine what you contribute beyond your job title.

What You'll Leave With

Through guided reflection and individual exercises, you'll begin building a personal inventory of your demonstrated capabilities, contributions, and transferable strengths.

You'll also receive a participant workbook that can serve as a reference for future career decisions, professional development, and job searches.

The goal isn't to tell you what you should do next. It's to help you understand what you already bring to the table so you can make that decision with greater clarity.

Your Instructor

Facilitated by Dean McKinney an Agile-certified project and operations professional, published author, and former SCORE Mentor. You will be working directly with the creator of the WorkPrint Method.
