VBSC invites you to participate in a psychoeducational workshop designed to provide information, support, and resources to improve your health wellness. In this workshop you will be able to engage in a few chair yoga poses and be provided a description of other poses you can continue within your own time.

This psychoeducational workshop is sponsored by the VB Strong Center in collaboration with Diya Holistic Life Care.

This workshops objective: To provide information that will cultivate and engage your mind and body to improve your health wellness.

As we role into the season of Spring, finding ways to cultivate and engage your mind and body in mental and physical fitness even while being indoors can boost and elevate your mood and overall wellness within your work environment and other areas of your life.

This program will be provided via Zoom platform. Registration is required prior to receiving the login information.
