FREE - 11:30 start time, West Loop Studio (42 spots available, bring friends!)About Basecamp Fitness :Our mission is to revolutionize group fitness while preserving your most valuable asset, Time.EVERY SECOND COUNTSOne minute intervals sound short, until you’re in them and you’re pushing yourself ’til you feel the burn. And just when you’re ready to cry "Uncle," we switch to strength training. Then cardio/strength/cardio again. You get the idea.
