Join Maria Pro of <A HREF="http://www.musclebymaria.com" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Muscle By Maria</A>, <A HREF="https://fightfitfightstrong.com/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">FightFit-FightStrong</A>, and <A HREF="https://www.instagram.com/allnatural_fitness/?hl=en" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ANF Action Figure</A>, Lewis, on Sunday, December 9th, at 10 am for a free outdoor workout benefitting Northern Children's Services and Cradles to Crayons.
 
<H2>Participation requires a donation of one (or more) of the following items:</H2>
- Winter jackets size 3T and up (either new or gently worn)
- Winter scarves, hats, gloves size youth medium, youth large, and/or adult small
- Children's winter apparel (tops, bottoms, boots...) 
- Children's Toys: (New/like new, should be cleaned and contain all pieces, instructions, and batteries (if required)
Most needed: infant and toddler toys
NO stuffed animals, videos, computer games, violent toys, riding toys, playhouse kitchens, and table and chair sets
NO large toys, all toys that we accept must be able to fit inside of a backpack.
- Books: Board books, picture books, easy readers, early chapter books, young adult books, foreign language books
Most needed: baby books ages newborn to 2 years
NO family, religious, or holiday books
- New school supplies
- New arts and crafts supplies
 
Workout will be circuit-based and high-energy as it combines functional training, bodyweight conditioning, AND kickboxing! Modifications available, all fitness levels welcome! 
Please arrive around 9:45 to get checked in and drop off your donation.
The workout will run from 10-11 am with great samples, tasty treats, and exclusive offers following, courtesy of Athleta, Honeygrow, Philly Gainz, and Six-Pack Creamery!
