Workforce Summit: Building Bridges for Innovative Solutions

Employers, organizations and individuals across the regional workforce ecosystem convene to explore key issues impacting jobseekers and employers and create actionable strategies to address them.

The Workforce Summit will include four tracks with breakout sessions focused on 1-Diversity and Inclusion, 2-Employment Barriers, 3-Social Capital, 4-Unique Initiatives & Partnerships. Full explanations of each track can be found here.

In addition to the breakout sessions, we're pleased to welcome Laura Dawson Ullrich of the Federal Reserve Bank as the keynote speaker for this event.

This event is hosted by the Charlotte Executive Leadership Council, Charlotte Works, the City of Charlotte and Mecklenburg County. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
