In a series of hands-on classes, learn computer skills applicable in the workplace. Each class covers a unique topic. Research-based skills are agrees that as workers develop their digital skills portfolio their hirability and pay rate will also increase. Here's a sample of the skills covered in this class series:<ul><li>Communicating via email</li><li>Discerning reliable sources for online research</li><li>Cybersecurity awareness for handling sensitive information in virtual ecosystems</li><li>Collaborative teamwork using cloud-based tools like Google Drive</li><li>Creating and managing online documents</li><li>Basic device management like connecting to the internet or installing software updates</li><li>Video conference hosting and participation</li><li>Teamwork and time management using online calendars</li><li>Creative collaboration using Artificial Intelligence</li></ul>Where: NCWorks Career Center, 2301 W.
