Federal employees and agencies have continuously embraced new and innovative ways of working to deliver on agency mission. Leaders must continue to expand their collection and use of data to improve operations. OPM’s Workforce of the Future Playbook highlights the importance of regularly monitoring factors in the work environment to improve organizational health and performance outcomes. Agencies are encouraged to strengthen their use of data and measurement of a variety of facets, including to customer experience, resource management, operational efficiency, and the ability to attract and retain top talent, to create work environments that drive positive changes in mission critical outcomes. This webinar will explore examples of how agencies are designing studies and building datasets to inform decisions that will drive improvements to organizational health and performance across government.
