Format: Hands-on activity + short lecture

Description: Participants walk through a mini-Kaizen event using a mock production line. Explains the Lean tools—5S, Value Stream Mapping, or standard work—and facilitates the experience.


Outcome: Attendees get a taste of what a full Kaizen event could deliver at their facility.
