Learn about Workforce Ascension and Enhancement (WAE). This workshop is 3 sessions and will be held on March 10, April 7, & May 12.
Relieve your workforce from the burden of tedious tasks! Register to be a part of this dynamic series where you'll be a part of a community of other businesses all beginning this journey into people-first automation.
The Maryland Innovation Center has partnered with Mind Over Machines to provide a series of hands-on workshops where you will understand the thinking behind WAE and how to prepare for this exciting world of Industry 4.0. Leave these workshops with automation strategies you can introduce immediately to elevate your team's human potential, while minimizing time spent on tedious tasks.
COVID-19 has rapidly changed workforce and operations as we know it. Companies were forced into digital transformation seemingly overnight. New models of work are appearing, and new skills are needed. This workshop is for everyone, even those in high-tech jobs like software developers. Stay relevant and thrive by tapping into your core competency, leveraging your social intelligence and understanding your role. We will always need software developers, but what a software developer of tomorrow looks like is up to you.
The sessions will be held on March 10 (Session 101), April 7 (Session 102), and May 12 (Session 107). Please note, March 10 will be recorded and will need to be watched prior to moving forward with the additional sessions.
