Play Frisco's Education and Outreach team is hosting Workday Wednesday events at four of our parks this summer. Join us for the first volunteer opportunity of the season at Cottonwood Creek Greenbelt on May 22.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
During this come-and-go family-friendly event, you will be helping to keep Frisco litter free. Using the provided supplies, you will be picking up litter at our parks and on our trails.
WHAT SHOULD BRING WITH ME?
Wear outdoor clothing and footwear that’s best for trekking through the Texas wilderness. Pants, long sleeves, bug spray, sunscreen, and closed-toed shoes are highly recommended. We also recommend that you bring your cell phone, water, and snacks.
WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?
In addition to registering here on Eventbrite, anyone 14 years of age or older needs to sign up as a volunteer on our Better Impact site by clicking here. Minors must be accompanied by a supervising adult and attendees under the age of 14 must fill out an on-site waiver to participate.
