What is holding you back? How can we bring the joy back to your career? Where do the barriers lie? How can one improve circumstances, or create new opportunities almost overnight?
This workshop provides you with a non-judgmental space to discuss your career concerns. We take time to vent about our frustrations, find humor in haste or waste...and connect with our inner-strategic side by reflecting on what are the solutions and/or keys to success? Not only will we discuss what is needed to manage any conflict, but we create a forum for you to practice your would be management decisions, if you were in the driver's seat. Practicing for the promotion and/or articulating your vision for future interview(s) is always a constructive approach to taking back some control when we either feel as if we (a)became someone's doormat, or (b) strayed from being as focused as we were when we first started.
Our workshop will support you in building connections with the facilitator and/or other participants. (we do one-on-one or group talks for introverts; let us know your preference).
We also provide you with texts, tools, and tips to improve your circumstances and specific situations.
The facilitator has experience working for non-profits, corporations, academic institutions, start-ups, government agencies, and faith based organizations. She also has a background in several industries including business, education and international relations.
We will be having onsite and online sessions in several cities.
