Woodworking Boot Camp (7/9, 7/11, 7/16, 7/18)

In this 4-day class, students will build an end table 15" x 21" x max 30" tall. The student will choose between Maple, Cherry, Red Oak, and Mahogany species. Under the guidance of a master woodworker, you'll learn everything you need to know as you select your wood, then use the table saw, jointer, planer, router table, miter saw, and other shop tools to take your table from blueprint right through to sanded and ready-for-finish. The class fee includes all materials and hardware to build and sand your table. (Finishing is not included, but we will provide recommendations on products & techniques to achieve a professional finish easily at home.) Prior carpentry experience may be helpful, but is not required for this class. This class meets on the following days (same time each day): 7/9, 7/11, 7/16, and 7/18.
