In part one of this class you will learn about epoxy, how to choose the right one for your project, how to mix it, add colors, and properly make a mold. You will cut a piece of wood on the bandsaw to allow a river of epoxy to fit within the mold. In part two of this class (same day and time, one week later), you will remove your cured epoxy and wood blank from the mold, surface it, and it smooth and finish it. All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions Apply. Students should come properly attired for a woodworking class (tight fitting clothing, long hair restrained and constrained from the face); and bring or wear provided industry standard hearing protection and safety glasses during equipment operation.
