What to bring:

  • Towel (for underneath you)
  • Flat Sheet or Light Blanket (to go over you)
  • Robe / Shall / Sarong / Kimono
  • Crystal or Glass De-armoring wand
  • Personal Lubricant (coconut oil will be provided)
  • Waterbottle
  • Journal

What if I've never done this before?

  • Not a problem! Newbies to this work are completely welcome. This experience is designed to meet you where you are at. There will be ways to modify the experience to fit you and your needs. If it feels supportive, consider inviting a friend to join you.

What if I don't have a crystal wand?

  • No problem. You can use your hands - which is just as good, if not better!

What is Yoni De-armoring?

  • An opportunity to be with the body, and whatever arises. Sometimes that can be pain or numbness or wonderful sensation. It is the opportunity to build more body awareness, and listen deeply to the body and what it needs & desires. This practice can help us to release shame, trauma, fear, judgement, pain from the body, and open up our er0.t!c potential, and bloom in our feminine se.ggsu.ality, opening up new pleasure pathways, and allowing us to expand our consciousness through this sacred se.xu.ality experience, as we commune with our deepest selves, our lifeforce energy & the Divine.

What will we be doing?

  • We will be opening sacred space first, then get to know eachother. We will set intentions, create agreements, and then share/discuss a bit about the womb mysteries, talk about yoni dearmoning, what to expect, and how to tailor the experience to your needs. We will then do some vocal exercises to open our voices to support us in our dearmoring experience. And then we will guide the group through a relaxing tantric self-massage experience, leading into a guided time to explore de-armoring the intimate body. After our de-armoring experience, we will have a sharing & integration circle, and have a sweet closing ritual.

When should I arrive?

  • 5:45 is the ideal time to arrive. You may wait in the lobby until 6pm, at which time we will welcome you into the Temple to begin our opening circle. Late arrivals will not be admitted as it disrupts the container. Thank you for being prompt.
