Restore Physical Therapy

Wellness Workshop focused on healing, hydration, movement and release.

Come bring a friend Saturday April 6th 1-3 to hydrate, move, release &amp; connect. Learn the benefits of hydration for your bodys health from a cellular level to your nervous system to fascia. Combination of education, IV Drip, movement, sound baths, chakra alignment. You will leave filling aligned, informed and energized!

We will focus on importance of hydration to help heal our bodies, eliminate toxins, lubricate our joints, tissues and fascia. The sound bath and chakra alignment will help to ignite the parasympathetic nervouse system, getting us into rest and digest. And Lastly you will learn stretches to help decrease tension in your neck and spine, open up the chest wall and move more freely during your day. Finishing off with mini card readings! We can't wait to meet you &amp; connect!

WHAT TO BRING: Yoga mat and bottled water.
