Join us for a rejuvenating Women's Wellness Workshop at the Annenberg Community Beach House! Take a break from your busy schedule and prioritize your well-being.Topics of discussion will include how to avoid burnout, nutrition, mental health, and balance hormones at all ages. A formal agenda will be announced as we get closer to the event.Enjoy the chance to connect with women in fire service from all over Southern California, surrounded by the beautiful beach scenery.Reserve your spot now!This workshop is for full-time career firefighters including seasonal wildland firefighters, lifeguards, inspectors, investigators, EMS ambulance operators, and admin working for a fire department. For all other interested applicants, the WFA will accept applications for ten people to attend the event as mentees in our mentorship program. They embrace barriers based on the box that society puts them in. But your adjectives aren’t your destiny.Lisa Jaster is an American soldier, combat engineer, and one of the first three women to graduate the United States Army Ranger program. Prior to receiving her esteemed Ranger tab, she served an active-duty career with tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Lisa has been awarded numerous military accolades, including two Bronze Star Medals and two Meritorious Service Medals.
