About this event

Wellness Retreat 2024-Hosted by Jennifer Scritchfield, Owner of Jfit

This is an event created for women in our community to reconnect, focus on mental and physical health and wellness and leave feeling empowered to make self-care a priority.

We will be bringing you top notch services and education provided by Certified Personal Trainers, Registered Dietitian, Licensed Massage Therapists, Certified Aestheticians, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Physical Therapist, Mental Health Therapists, Self Defense Instructors, Pilates Instructor and Certified Yoga Instructors.

NEW THIS YEAR! Kick off the weekend with a relaxing campfire and Live Music from the Weekend Warriors along with sunset yoga, self defense class and add-on spa services on Friday Evening! You may take advantage of the lodging onsite to wake up feeling rejuvenated to begin your day of activities Saturday!

Begin your Saturday with a quick, effective 30 minute workout for all fitness levels, next we will dive into nutrition education and enjoy a hands-on snack prep! We will then begin a hike or walk to take in nature and reconnect with old friends and new, followed by a well-balanced lunch to refuel before enjoying an afternoon at the "spa." The afternoon will be a time to relax, explore the vendor offerings, and tune into more education provided by health care professionals! Each participant will have the choice of 2 additional breakout sessions which will be chosen at first come first serve basis. Sessions include self-defense, goat yoga, physcial therapy assessment, chair yoga, pilates, financial wellness, and a painting class. We will end this fun filled day with a campfire and S'mores. This event is for all fitness levels, and anyone looking to improve their health, wellness and mindset.

Ticket price will include:

-Live Music and campfire Friday evening

-Sunset yoga Friday evening

-A workout with Jennifer Scritchfield, Certified Personal Trainer with modifications provided by Brittani Mobley

-15 minute massage or facial-other services available for additional fee

-Access to 30+ vendor tables providing health and fitness related products and education

-Gift baskets valued up to $100+

-Education and hands on learning provided by Certified Personal Trainers, Registered Dietitian, Licensed Massage Therapists, Certified Aestheticians, Registered Nurses, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Physical Therapist, Certified Pilates and Yoga Instructors, and Mental Health Therapists.

2 breakout sessions including your choice of self-defense, financial wellness, goat yoga, chair yoga, painting class, physical therapy, pilates and relaxation and breathing techniques . (You will receive an email after registration to choose your sessions-assignments will be on first come first serve basis)

Is Lodging Available

Yes! Limited availability of lodging onsite! You will have the option to choose lodging after you register for the event!

Do I have to attend the whole day?

You may come and go as you please, but we highly recommend you take advantage of all this event has to offer!

Is the workout for all levels?

Yes! The workout is designed to teach you ways to move your body that feel good for you at your level! There will be modifications for all levels!

What do I need to bring?

Wear comfortable clothes and shoes! Bring a change of clothes just in case, and yoga mat or towel!

How do we choose our breakout sessions?

After you register you will receive an email to choose your breakout sessions, your spa choice of facial or massage, and lodging options. All are at first come, first serve basis, early registration is recommended to get your top choice!

What if it rains?

This is a rain or shine event! We have back up options in the event of rain!
