The Women's Defense Companyprovides realistic, effective and trusted self-defense instruction, tactics and education specifically for you. Courses are designed to meet the unique needs of our students and provide the most effective defensive skill set to counter attempted violence.  Our courses don't require a long commitment. With a one day or even a one evening class, you can gain the skills needed to stay safe and become empowered.We also provide professional speaking engagements, group safety and self-defense seminars and wellness seminars to businesses and groups throughout the U.S. via our corporate divisionAdrenaline Self Defense. Join our Women’s Warrior Self Defense Program—an in-person experience designed just for you! Whether you’re a total beginner or want to sharpen your skills, this program’s got your back. Meet awesome ladies, get active, and feel unstoppable. Don’t miss out on this empowering journey!</p><p>This is our signature class and was the inspiration behind our book "<a href="https://a.co/d/gqGKbXa" title="https://a.co/d/gqGKbXa" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Rewired: Transforming Trauma through Self-Defense Training</a>." It's designed to help you become your own best prtector!</p><ul><li>The 4-Class Program is held Wednesdays 6:00pm-7:30pm or Sundays 4:00pm-5:30pm, you pick which days work best.</li><li>1st Class held the 1st week of month, 2nd Class held 2nd week, 3rd Class held 3rd week, 4th class held 4th week.</li><li>Take the first 3 classes in any order, then schedule the final class.</li><li>You get 3 months to complete the program. Pick the date you want to start.</li><li>Class #1 covers: Risk reduction strategies, Criminal and defensive mindsets, Stranger vs. non-stranger attacks, Finding our voice, Defensive posture, Striking fundamentals</li><li>Class #2 covers: Blocking strikes, Advanced striking, Defense against common grabs.</li><li>Class #3 covers: Escaping holds, Defending ourselves on the ground.</li><li>Class #4 covers: Review of Classes 1-3, Dynamic scenario training to conqour adrenaline/fear and to test your new skills.</li><li>Open to females 10 yrs. and over</li><li>Males may not stay during class</li><li>Waiver required to participate</li></ul>
