About this Event
Our women's Warrior Program is a four class, hands-on, women's self defense program. The program is split up into four, 2-hour classes. It starts on the first Sunday of each month and continues to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sunday of each month. Classes must be taken in order and missed classes can be taken the following month. Students have 6 months to complete the program once they begin. 50% off for second student when first student pays full price.
The classes are structured as follows:
(1st Sunday) Level I-Risk Reduction Strategies, The Defensive Mindset, Vulnerable Targets, Personal Weapons, Fight Stance, Devastating Strikes, Defense Against Strangulation and more.
(2nd Sunday) Level II-Review of Level I Techniques, Blocks, Advanced Strikes, Combinations, Defense Against Hair Pulls, Defense Against Head Locks and more.
(3rd Sunday) Level III-Review of Level I & II Techniques, Advanced Strikes, Dealing With Bear Hugs, Combinations, Ground Defense and more.
(4th Sunday) Level IV-Review of Level I, II & III Techniques, Then it's time to suit up and bring all your new skills together during a realistic simulated attack scenario. During the attack scenario, students will get to apply their new skills to fight through fear, adrenaline and the unknown to stop the attack and allow for escape.
This class is limited to 12 students and is for women ages 11 and over. Students must sign a waiver to participate. We are currently running open air classes, increased sanitation, requiring face masks and socially distancing when able.
