Discover community, connection, and empowerment through carefully curated talks, workshops, community exercises, and mindful practices on a Southern California weekend staycation March 7-9, 2025. (Dates for add-on activities to be announced.)
Women’s Travel Fest begins with optional pre-conference activities Thursday March 6th and the morning of Friday March 7th.
The official conference follows on Friday March 7th from 12pm-6pm and Saturday March 8th from 10am-6pm. Complete the experience with a day-after experience on Sunday March 9th after an impactful weekend with your new travel tribe.
Our annual Opening Night Party takes place on Friday March 7th from 8pm-10pm (the party is accessible to all ticketed attendees) and the location TBD. Speed Friending on Saturday March 8th will take place at the end of the conference day. Our exclusive invite-only VIP event will be Saturday March 8th from 8pm-10pm.

No! Women’s Travel Fest is created for the pure love of travel. You don’t need to work in travel and you don’t need to have an interest in working in travel. We will have a few select workshops available for content creators but 95% of our conference is geared towards individuals who don’t work in t
While our core mission remains inspiring, connecting, and empowering women (and self-identifying women) — we invite travelers of all genders to attend.
Women’s Travel Fest is a 2-day conference that features talks, panels, workshops, and personal development practices such as yoga, meditation, and journaling as they all relate to travel. There are additional events and meetups that take place the day before and the day after the conference.

Hotel blocks will be carefully selected for attendees and are offered at three hotels offering options from budget to luxury.
The best airports to fly into are Long Beach and LAX.
We are currently not looking for volunteers. If anything changes we'll be announcing it via email and social.
We're accepting speaker applications and are looking specifically for speakers who can host a talk or participate in a panel covering informational topics that offer concrete tips for attendees. If this applies to you, please apply. Applications will open March 2024 and end August 2024
