South Florida Sisters, you're invited to a soul-nourishing support group. Woman Being is an opportunity to be heard, strengthened, and empowered. Join us in a fresh-air location for an intimate gathering where your thoughts & feelings truly matter, and the quality of your aliveness is our wholehearted focus.

During our beautiful time together, we will help navigate the challenges you're currently moving through . . . share and discuss self-love practices . . . as well as how to live in your exalted essence, with dignity & joy throughout your journey.

THERE ARE WOMEN WHO CARE . . . from all backgrounds, circumstances, occupations, and situations . . . who know what it's like to suffer, feel helpless and lost about how to proceed when they wake up each day, and who yearn for that sisterly or maternal energy of support to rebuild the foundation they wish to stand on.

You may be THRIVING and simply want to give back, by being there for other women in attendance.

Or you may be at a LOW POINT and courageously attend our powwow in order to receive, receive, receive!

We will pour into each other with grace, solutions, and compassion. We will tap into the magic and humor of life. We will allow our divine femininity to flow.

You don't have to show up feeling strong. In fact, you may feel quite out of alignment. It's all okay. You'll leave in greater spirits than you came, fortified by the genuine intentions and offerings of the women around you.

No one can successfully flourish without support, nor are we meant to.

Your higher self knows what's possible. Your dreams and imagination have shown you visions of more optimal realities.

Let's take it step by step, breath by breath, in a gentle manner.

Before or after our group commences, you are encouraged to explore this one-of-a-kind teahouse, salt cave, and boutique ~ in the heart of Pompano Beach! (((Yes, inside these walls is a therapeutic haven, away from EMFs, societal chaos, and polluted air! Yes, there are dozens of healing teas to choose from, and the selection process is aromatic bliss! Yes, there's an abundance of vegan & gluten-free food & dessert items, with no artificial or processed sugars! Some of my favs include the jackfruit patties which taste like crab cakes and the raw tiramisu cheesecake which is a creamy slice of heaven-on-earth!
