Women's Speaker Series: Unlocking Your Inner Strength

Join us at AleSmith for our free Women's Speaker Series, held the 3rd Monday of the month from 5pm-7:30pm. This series features local inspiring women discussing a variety of topics to help promote women's leadership by sharing their challenges, insights, and accomplishments. Our goal is to build a community of empowered women from different backgrounds through speakers and workshops to help them achieve their professional and personal goals.

This month's topic is Unlocking Your Inner Strength: Your Power Lies Within with Nourhen Haouas.

About the speaker:

Nourhen Haouas is a Certified FocalPoint Business and Executive Coach, where she works with entrepreneurs and individuals who want to get ten times more out of their business and life and achieve a level of success that can't be measured.

Nourhen is an expert in leadership, management, operations, business development, and finance. She is a people person and loves to share her motivation, passion, and drive with her clients. She helps entrepreneurs and individuals become the best version of themselves.

Prior to joining FocalPoint, Nourhen was the Financial Director of ECE Projektmanagement GmbH, a property management company for shopping centers in Germany. At ECE, Nourhen was instrumental in increasing profit by changing strategies and reducing costs. She also actively participated in making pricing and cost decisions and evaluated the monetary impact of various proposals.

A graduate of the University of Hamburg, Nourhen sees this life as an adventure and she loves enjoying it to the deepest. She also loves dancing, traveling, and she inspires, empowers and uplifts other people.
