Join us for a social ride, all levels welcome on the beautiful trails at Alderfer/Three Sisters Park. We will split into groups for a 90 minute ride followed by a 30 minute yoga class to stretch out and unwind with certified instructor Kerstin from Evergreen Bike shop.
