Adrean Turner is an award winning Leadership Coach, Speaker and Professional Development Trainer of a nationally certified Minority Business Enterprise. Her book, “Fearless, Inspired, Transformed: F.I.T. for Success”, has been accepted into the Library of Congress in Washington, DC in Social Science and reach #34 on the Amazon best seller list under Work-Life Balance. FIT for Success is based on Adrean's syndicated podcast, "Coach Adrean's FIT Tips", which provides strategies for personal and professional development.

Adrean is an Adjunct Business Professor at Alvernia University, Senior Fellow with the Social Enterprise Institute USA, Trainer for Chambers of Commerce throughout PA and Mrs. Berks County Pennsylvania America 2019.

Adrean’s work has been featured in the Business Weekly, Forbes, Girl Boss, and other notable media. She volunteers as a member of the Alvernia University Council for Women and is a Board Committee member of the nationally recognized Reading

Public Library. She truly enjoys her work as the Training Manager of the TriCounty Community Network (TCN), a collaborative of more than 60 nonprofit organizations that build and enhance communities and its members.

In 2018, Adrean received three awards from Chambers of Commerce and in August 2019, her company was awarded the “Best of Reading” for coaching services.
