This retreat has something for everyone - from adventures in the jungle and sea to spa treatments, this trip offers a wide range of experiences for all to enjoy.

Selva Terra is a private island located an hour outside of Panama City and accessed by boat. Being a private island offers many opportunities to unplug and get closer to nature. This resort offers world-class cuisine, is completely solar-powered, and has many spa and wellness treatments to offer, as well as excursions.

This experience is all about exploration for all fitness levels. Hike and paddle through virgin rain forests, beneath towering volcanoes, along pristine beaches and remote landscapes that make up the small villages and towns that dot the countryside.

Panama is home to one of the world's most vast and rich ecosystems where we will see sloths, toucans, howler monkeys, hercules beetles, giant tortoises and more in the wild.

We are only taking small groups on these adventures to maximize time with guides/instructors and help to create a feeling of camaraderie with your fellow attendees (and after the trip new lifelong friends!).

Accommodations:

Laid back luxury on a tropical island oasis!

Selva Terra is an all-inclusive Panama private island resort just a short 75-minute journey from David Airport juxtaposed between jungle and sea with a full dive center and sportfishing operation on site.

The luxary casitas for single or double occupancy are located just ten feet away from the Pacific ocean. All are equipped with air conditioning, High speed WiFi, private bathroom, an ocean facing private terrace with lounge sofa, coffee table and hammock. All casitas are ocean facing, so you can enjoy the sea breeze from the comfort of your own room.

Food:

Selva Terra prides itself in seasonal and local high-quality food and drink. Resort chefs will excite your palate with a modern take on Panamanian and International fusion cuisine with options for all dietary preferences and restrictions

Included in retreat fees:

• Half-Day Snorkeling and Island Hopping Tour to Islas Secas, the option to scuba dive if already certified *additional fee for scuba diving

• Howler Monkey Hiking Tour
• Guided hiking and trail running
• Rum tour
• Sunset Cruise
• Beach Bar BBQ farewell party on our last night
• Daily yoga, pilates and HIIT workouts
• Paddleboarding clinics, guided SUP or kayak ocean + mangrove paddles and SUP yoga
• Transportation from the Resort to David Airport Round Trip (1hr-1h30 each way). Ground transport from David Airport to the nearest marina, where you will be taken on a boat ride through the mangroves to arrive at the island with the opportunity to see wildlife such as humpback whales, dolphins and exotic birds.
• 5 x Nights and 6 days of action packed adventures!
• Locally sourced and healthy meal plan. All-inclusive (inc. soft drinks and smoothies), breakfast, lunch, and 3-course dinner, plus local wine and beers. We can cater to DF, GF, vegetarian, and vegan preferences.
• Unlimited use of our facilities and adventure equipment: surfboards, kayaks, and paddle boards, games room, private beaches.

Casitas:

• DOUBLE OCCUPANCY (per person)= $2650

• SINGLE OCCUPANCY= $3250

Beach house:

• Single bed in large shared room (4 max)= $2500

Not Included:

Airfare, taxes/fees, spa offerings, additional excursions not listed on this page, bar drinks and gratuities to staff are not included.
