Where: upstairs in the big yellow house (Young People's Learning Center Building :) in our quaint, healing space at 405 Mathews St. in Old Town - Free and easy parking.

When: Select Mondays of the month @ 8:30 am -10:00 am - 🔥 Please arrive 5 minutes early. No entry allowed after session begins.

Cost: Only $30/person -

What to bring? Yoga mat provided. Please BRING a blanket, and pillow for maximum comfort.

Why? It's the best way to start your week off centered and soulful. Perfect for anyone needing a renewal of mind, body, and spirit.

THE GONG: The Gong has been used in healing for thousands of years. The mind finds it challenging to follow and control the complex sounds of The Gong and will enter into a deeply relaxing meditative state. It is great for those who feel resistant to meditation or relaxation in general. The Gong releases tension and blocks in the body and mind. It reduces the harmful effects of stress by shifting out of flight, fright, or freeze mode and guiding into rest, digest, and heal mode. The Gong quiets the mind, clearing the clutter from the subconscious, by working into brain wave states we typically reach during restful sleep or deep meditation.

Patty is a former teacher, popular Certified Health, Life, and Sleep Coach, and Certified Sound Healer. She helps women navigate the adventures of health and well-being in midlife, teaches classes, speaks, and coaches locally on sleep alignment, wellness, and life management through mindfulness and nature connections. Patty sees The Gong as a gateway for those, like herself, who struggle with attaining deeply relaxing and enlightening meditative states. Andrew is a culinary master with a lifelong passion for cooking, music, gardening, and nature. A believer in the mystic, living with intention, and respecting the Earth and Cosmos he has awakened to connecting with his highest self and expanding consciousness for the greater good. For Andrew, The Gong allows him to tune into his heart and true essence and explore his spiritual core. He has never felt more connected to an instrument than he does The Gong.

GONG MEDICAL CONTRAINDICATIONS

MAY NOT BE suitable for pregnancy, people with pacemakers or other implants, those suffering from serious heart conditions, acute or serious mental health problems or those who may suffer from sound-induced epilepsy. CANCELLATIONS

In the event of Patty Hayes/Rocky Mountain Gong Journeys LLC canceling an event – you will receive a full refund. No refunds if you fail to attend or cancel without a 48-hour notice. Eventbrite fees, Bank or Transaction Fees will be deducted from any refunds.
