Maggie Forti is a performer, singer-songwriter, recording artist, studio session vocalist, sound healer, teacher & consultant. She teaches privately and publicly both virtually and in person across the country. She’s consulted for Berkeley, CA. Repertory Theatre, has been a panelist for Stage Fright Sessions, and is a voice instructor at Berkeley's School of Rock. She’s created a mind, body, spirit integrated teaching modality called “Free Your Voice”© which she’s cultivated through 25 years of practice, with a process that helps transform student’s fears, self-doubt, vocal strain and a multitude of challenges that can inhibit learning. Maggie’s studied privately with vocal coach, opera singer, Pearl Layton, studied Vocal Jazz Improvisation in workshops with Joey Blake (of Bobby McFerron's Voicestra,) Attended a Hands-on Sound Healing Retreat with Briony Greenhill, and holds a Professional Music B.A. from Berklee College of Music.

Yes, Larkspur Landing has a large free parking lot you can park in.

Is the space wheelchair accessible?

Yes. There is an elevator right beside the main door to Love Story Yoga.

What is your refund policy?

Tickets are refundable, minus fees, up to 7 days in advance. If you need to cancel within 7 days, you can receive full credit for a future workshop.

Do I need to be a musician, singer, or dancer to attend?

No. All skill levels are welcome. No prior experience is required.

Created by Dr. Leah Taylor and designed to enhance mindfulness and presence, help you release stress and somatically held trauma, and connect you to pleasurable ways of moving your body.
