Welcome pressence and self connection through embodied movement and shared presence.
Step Into a space where you can slow down, listen to the voice of your body, connect with your breath, find your ground, settle in, unwind, release, reclaim, remember and renew.
This is an unscripted, somatic movement experience —guided by breath, sensation, rhythm, and inner listening. You will explore what is present in your body right now - the tight, tender, spacious, fluid, ecstatic, wound-up and free places in the body, breath, and heart.
No dance or movement experience is necessary. Only a willingness to arrive as you are.
Gentle somatic practices and supportive guidance will be offered throughout the movement experience. Dance followed by a simple council circle for reflection on the practice.
All bodies and all levels welcome. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
