Women's Day Immersion - hiking, drumming, cacao, community, and more!

ReWilding of the the heart is a spiraling journey of coming undone and returning home to YOU.

Sisters, join us as we gather in the beautiful mountains for a one day women's retreat, for forest bathing & hiking, singing, drumming & dancing, creative craft workshop, movement, cacao (wth optional 🍄), river plunge, and sister connection (location disclosed after you sign-up. No more than 30 mins outside of Golden)

The ReWilding journey asks you to be completely honest with yourself as you spiral inward to the depths of your soul. It takes courage to question all that you've known to be true, not only about yourself, but of the world around you. This is where the journey to your healing and self-discovery can begin. This is where you can discover your most authentic dreams and desires. It begins with that first step into the unknown - a path of coming wildly undone, and a path of freedom and true self-discovery.

•Are open to questioning your beliefs, your conditioning, and how you show up in this world

•Believe in open conversations and self-reflection

•Are ready to let go of what this world told you to be and begin to know truth for YOU

We believe there are spaces for everyone, and if you do not align with the above, that is okay. We are all on different journeys in life.

We offer different investment options ($44-$77), making this, as much as we possibly can, accessible for all. We meet you where you're at and are here to walk beside you. (All investment options include everything) Option to pay through Venmo to avoid fees: kimber_hidalgo. Please put in the memo "Your Name, email adddress and 'ReWilding'"

About the different offerrings:

Hike and Forest Bathing- We will veture into nature for intentional connection with the elements and stillness for ourselves. The hike we'll be an easy to moderate hike for about 2 hours, with guided journal prompts and refelctions during our walk.

Singing and Drumming (no musical background necessary) We will use our voice and the medicine of the music to unleash our wild woman, as we break off societal shackles of expectation and conditioning. As we drum and connect to the earth, ourselves, and eachother, healing can begin to happen.

Creativity with Crafts - Tapping into your creativity is a beautiful way to spark your dreams and desires. We have a beautiful suprise activity in store for you to help you get re-inspired, and remember your child-like Spirit. Creating can be a huge conduit for new ideas/inspiration that wants to be birthed at this time.

Cacao (wth optional 🍄) - Cacao has been used for centuries as a “plant medicine” due to its heart opening qualities and wide-ranging health benefits, and when grown and consumed consciously, carries a vibrational quality that opens us up to a higher level of healing. You will have the option to enhance your experience with the addition of a mushroom microdose.

River Plunge - We will be spending our day by a river, and will have the option to participate in a river plunge. There will be another option for this event if you do not feel called to submerge all the way in the waters.

Deep Conversations and Connections - You will be given writing prompts and be encouraged to share and get real with one another. If you are not open to listening to others persepctives and/or getting curious about who you are, and questioning your beliefs and ways of thinking, then this may not be for you... and that is okay.
