About this event

This clinic is for the ladies!

In this 2-hour intermediate clinic, learn how to leave the ground (safely and in control) while shredding singletrack trails.

Our INTRO TO JUMPING clinic is perfect for the intermediate/advanced rider who has a solid grasp on foundational MTB skills, but wants to learn the basics for how to begin jumping on a bike. By the end of this clinic, you'll be equipped with a solid toolkit to help you start your journey of airborne biking - safely!

Our local, expert clinic leaders will cover the basics to help you get both wheels off the ground (on purpose!) We'll learn the basics of a solid bunny hop, and progress to table tops and a small gap jump.

We will keep you moving as much as possible with feedback and encouragement. Clinics are limited to 10 participants so instructors can provide individualized support.

LOCATION: CamRock County Park Area 3 (Please be sure to have a Dane County Trail Pass!)

EQUIPMENT: At minimum, you'll need a helmet, close-toed footwear, and an operable, maintained basic mountain bike (with front suspension). We will have limited snacks and water available, but please come prepared with your own nutrition and hydration needs, too!
